Emerson Electric Co. will do some corporate remodeling with the sale of its 50 percent interest in S-B Power Tool Co.Emerson plans to transfer its stake in the business, best known for the Skil brand of drills and saws, to a German partner. That company, Robert Bosch GmbH, would take over in mid-1996 under a preliminary agreement announced Monday.
